Benefits Counseling

Our Benefits Counseling services help people understand public and private benefits and assist with coordinating benefits.

Benefits programs include, but are not limited to, Social Security programs (SSI & SSDI), AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP), OA-Health Insurance Premium Payment (OA-HIPP), Medicare Part D, and more.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Proof of Los Angeles County Residency (dated within last 3 months);
  • HIV/AIDS diagnosis, signed by a California physician
  • Identification
  • Proof of income

Each public benefits program has separate eligibility requirements. Our benefits counselors can provide more specific information following your first meeting.

To Make a Benefits Appointment

Appointments are available Monday through Friday 9 a.m.-3 p.m. and
can be made by calling 213.201.1615.
